During the course of an in-depth discussion with our customer we make a note of his ideas and requirements in order to prepare a quotation tailored to his needs. Being close to the production allows us to draw up practical suggestions for solutions and, thanks to our decades of international experience on 5 continents, our customers recognize that we speak their language.
Most of our staff have a wide practical background. Besides a solid academic footing, we are also well versed in skilled trades and industrial workflows, in both mechanical engineering and electrical engineering.
It is no coincidence that we belong to the small group of specialists to whom customers remain loyal, even after many years, and we repeatedly receive follow-up orders from the same clients.

Thanks
to our
years of experience, it never take us long to submit a
well-substantiated quotation to our customers. Using a design tool we
devised specifically for the purpose, we can soon create a general
engineering concept, which then forms the basis for a P & I
diagram.

The final engineering stage ends with the P & I diagram and the relevant lists of mechanical parts. Over the years, a pool of components that ensures a smooth transition from the basic engineering module to the finished plan has been built up. Nevertheless, every order is unique and respects each customer's individual requirements and general circumstances.
Although we have no intention of reinventing the wheel every day, serial production is not our line. Even if every economist would be delighted by the prospect, no two pieces of apparatus we build are the same. Not only would serial production fail to satisfy our customers' specific needs, but there would be no real challenge in it for us.
